7. الأدوات الاختيارية

11. الملاحظات

12. الأخطاء وعدم الدقة والسهو

قد توجد أحيانًا معلومات على الخدمات أو فيها تحتوي على أخطاء مطبعية أو عدم دقة أو سهو قد يتعلق بأوصاف المنتجات والتسعير والعروض الترويجية والعروض ورسوم شحن المنتجات ومدة الشحن والتوفر. نحتفظ بالحق في تصحيح أي أخطاء أو عدم دقة أو سهو، وتغيير المعلومات أو تحديثها أو إلغاء الطلبات إذا كانت المعلومات غير دقيقة، بما في ذلك بعد تقديم الطلب. إذا قمنا بإلغاء طلب بعد تحصيل الدفعة، فسنقوم بإصدار أي استرداد مطلوب بموجب القانون المعمول به.

13. الاستخدامات المحظورة

13.2 بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أنت توافق على عدم: (أ) رفع أو نقل فيروسات أو أي نوع آخر من التعليمات البرمجية الضارة التي سيتم استخدامها أو قد تُستخدم بأي طريقة تؤثر على وظائف أو تشغيل الخدمات؛ (ب) إعادة إنتاج أي جزء من الخدمات أو تكراره أو نسخها أو استخراجه أو بيعه أو إعادة بيعه أو استغلاله؛ (ج) جمع أو تتبع المعلومات الشخصية للآخرين؛ (د) إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو التصيد الاحتيالي أو توجيه المستخدمين إلى مواقع احتيالية أو التذرع بالخدمات؛ (هـ) استخدام أي برامج روبوت أو عناكب شبكية أو أدوات كشط أو جمع واستخراج للبيانات أو أجهزة أو عمليات آلية أو أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي الوكيل) أو وسائل آلية أو يدوية للوصول إلى الخدمات؛ أو (و) التدخل في ميزات الأمان أو التفويض أو تجاوزها أو التحايل عليها، أو رؤوس استبعاد الروبوتات، أو التدابير الأخرى التي نستخدمها لتقييد الوصول إلى الخدمات. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق حسابك أو تعطيله أو إنهائه في أي وقت، دون إشعار مسبق، إذا قررنا أنك انتهكت أي جزء من هذه الشروط.

14. الوكلاء

14.1 ينطبق هذا القسم ("شروط الوكيل") إذا كنت تستخدم أو تسمح أو تُمكن أو تتسبب في نشر وكيل للوصول إلى أي خدمات أو استخدامها أو التفاعل معها. يُقصد بمصطلح "الوكيل" أي برمجيات أو خدمة تتخذ إجراءً مستقلاً أو شبه مستقل نيابة عن أي شخص أو كيان أو بناءً على تعليماته ويمكن تنفيذها نيابة عن جهاز شخص ما أو باستخدامه، دون إشراف مباشر.

14.2 لا يجوز لأي وكيل الوصول إلى الخدمات أو استخدامها أو التفاعل معها ما لم يُعرّف عن نفسه ويعمل بشكل دائم متوافق تمامًا مع المتطلبات الواردة في القسم 14.4 أدناه. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لا يجوز لأي وكيل الوصول إلى الخدمات أو استخدامها أو التفاعل معها إذا طلبنا من الوكيل الامتناع عن الوصول إلى أي خدمة أو استخدامها أو التفاعل معها.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to dazzstore. dazzstore operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). dazzstore is powered by Shopify Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd. or Shopify International Limited, depending on where dazzstore is located, enabling us to provide the Services to you.

dazzstore is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide the Services. When you use the Services, your device connects to Shopify systems to deliver them. Section 10 explains how Shopify uses and processes information from these interactions. However, purchases and sales in our store are directly with dazzstore. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and dazzstore, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with dazzstore.
